Fox Business host Lou Dobbs believes that Attorney General William Barr has one last chance to bring charges against those in the deep state before President Donald Trump is forced to take matters in his own hands.

He said during a segment on Friday that is the Department of Justice does not produce charges by October that President Trump should declassify everything he has on them, BizPac Review reported.

“If this attorney general and this Justice Department does not produce indictments against the politically corrupt criminals of the Justice Department and the FBI, then the president has, it seems to me, no other choice than to declassify all of the documents,” Dobbs said.

“And I mean dump them into the public arena — well, a month before that election so the American people can vote with sure knowledge of what the facts are and who the malefactors are,” he said.

The discussion centered on the latest bombshells, with the big one being that former special counsel Robert Mueller’s team members had “accidentally” wiped 27 of their phones clean before the Department of Justice’s inspector general could scrutinize them.

This finding was discovered thanks to a Freedom of Information Act request filed by Judicial Watch and fulfilled this week by the DOJ.

To convey the gravitas of this finding, Fitton asked Dobbs to imagine what would have happened had a corporation that was under investigation made the same “mistake.”

“If the FBI went into a corporation, and the entire leadership of the corporation among them wiped out clean the phones of – 30+ phones, what would the FBI do?” Dobbs said.

“We already know, because Mueller’s team told us. They said they raided Manafort’s home … because they were worried he was destroying evidence,” he said.

Not many believe the story that the Mueller team is selling of the phones being mysteriously and “accidentally” wiped.

Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley said he wants the Department of Justice to investigate why so many phones were wiped, PJ Media reported.

“It appears that Special Counsel Mueller’s team may have deleted federal records that could be key to better understand their decision-making process as they pursued their investigation and wrote their report,” he said in a letter addressed to Attorney General Bill Barr and FBI Director Christopher Wray. “Indeed, many officials apparently deleted the records after the DOJ Inspector General began his inquiry into how the Department mishandled Crossfire Hurricane.”

“Based on this new information, the number of times and the stated reasons for the deletions calls into question whether or not it was a widespread intentional effort,” he said.

Dobbs was furious with the idea that the deep state could, again, get away with acts that would potentially land others in hot water.

“My God, it’s just, it’s unthinkable that again we’ll see these people get away with this horrible crime against this government, this president and this nation,” he said.
