According to the Daily Caller, Alicia Garza, one of the co-founders of Black Lives Matter, called for the abolition of capitalism in order for black lives to matter in a conference back in 2015.

Although Black Lives Matter’s activism tapered off a bit in 2016, its radicalism has permeated throughout many institutions across the country. However, the death of George Floyd at the end of May has allowed for the organization to resurge in an explosive manner. A large array of celebrities and prominent corporations have dropped millions of dollars into the Black Lives Matter Global Network and other organizations in favor of defunding the police.

“It’s not possible for a world to emerge where black lives matter if it’s under capitalism,” Garza declared in 2015 at the left-wing event of Left Forum. “And it’s not possible to abolish capitalism without a struggle against national oppression and gender oppression,” she continued.

One of BLM’s co-founders, Patrisse Cullors, branded herself and Garza as “trained Marxists” in a 2015 interview.

“Myself and Alicia in particular are trained organizers. We are trained Marxists. We are super-versed on, sort of, ideological theories,” Cullors stated

BLP reported on BLM founders’ visits to Venezuela in support of the regime of Nicolás Maduro back in 2015. Venezuela is a posterchild of interventionist failure, but for BLM types it doesn’t matter because they have a “revolution” to carry out no matter what the cost.

Although BLM pounds its chest about fighting against the machine, they are very much raging on behalf of the machine by promoting riots that destroy small businesses, while billionaire oligarchs such as Jeff Bezos continue to rake in big bucks.

BLM’s radicalism is a feature, not a bug. It should be condemned by anyone who believes in an orderly society and its radical activists who commit criminal acts on the street should be brought to justice.
